Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the documentation needed for GST registration when using a father's address. While an electricity bill for the premises is generally sufficient proof of address, a consent letter from the father is often required, especially if the bill is not in the applicant's name. Some users suggest the consent letter may need to be notarised or on stamp paper, though others have had success with simple A4 consent letters. Property tax receipts can also be used as an alternative document if needed.

Rental Agreement
He/she need his father's electricity bill of that premises and if there is no electricity bill than he/she should need their father's premises papers
Rental plus Electricity bill

Yes consent letter is needed as the electricity bill is on his father's name
Thank you Roshni and Mohd Khalid for your kind reply
Yaa roshni that's also I'm saying that premises is of his father and he didn't notify here that he is taking that premises on rent so In this condition he shouldn't need of rental agreement
In of the cases they rejected the consent letter because it was not notarized. so may be consent letter should be notarized.
