Regarding GST registration

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the documentation needed for GST registration when using a father's address. While an electricity bill for the premises is generally sufficient proof of address, a consent letter from the father is often required, especially if the bill is not in the applicant's name. Some users suggest the consent letter may need to be notarised or on stamp paper, though others have had success with simple A4 consent letters. Property tax receipts can also be used as an alternative document if needed.

What is the reason to reject Consent letter?.. Can you explain me?..
And one more thing is important here as in case the person write expense "RENT PAID" in his books of accounts for the premises then it's problem in future his registration with IT...
Don't know let's see...I totally think it will be rejected with just a consent letter
Consent letter not rejecting by officer. Also it's write just a A4 sheet and no need notarize...
Well them 🙈my bad. but what real scenario had happened I told.
Consent letter will not be rejected as it will be written by his father on stamp paper
I took 7 registeration with consent letter in A4 sheet. All are got GSTIN without any question...

In case They ask any other documents then registrant can submit "PROPERTY TAX RECEIPT".
Raja bro i want to ask you that consent letter is written on stamp paper or not
No need stamp paper dear...
😂whatever it is do trial n error. nothing wrong. plain paper or stamp paper.
