Hi Namrata,
See if you have not received the Goods with tax invoice in the same month then you should not be claimed for ITC.whenever you will receive the Goods with tax invoice then only you should claim the ITC.
you have time to take ITC within 180days
U can't take credit... Itc will be available only on receipt of goods... Take itc in next month.... Return filing is for the respective month

Both are correctly said the provision related activity...
in case of goods recieved in installments ITC shall be available in the month in which last installment is received so in your case you can't claim ITC in return of previous month which is being filled in the month in which last lot received
