regarding government employee

1)Can a government employee be a authorised signatory. Means that when he was doing business at that time he was not a government employee thn after he get a job.
2) Can any gst holder who was earlier doing proprietorship business. then he get a government job now he want to leave post of authorised signatory and want to add two other authorised signatory by doing his gst in partnership. is it possible..?

if you wanted to convert your sole propreitorship business tp partnership business, then you have to firat enter into a partnership agreement, apply for fresh PAN No. for Partnership firm and then apply for Fresh GST Reg. cancel old registration and file form ITC-02(form No. needs to be verified) for transfer of credit on account of transfer of business to partnership firm. CA Certificate is required for transfer of credit from old to new registration
