I have doing painting work in my office but contractor ( SG paints ) have not any Gst registered but they have Pan card in name of SG paints .so how they raise bill if he raise bill how much TDS will attract .
are they raise to GSt bill or that bill is ok ?
please let me know

As SG Paints is not Registered under GST, than they will raise normal bill without GST ( they can't raise GST bill)...
TDS is applicable as per TDS provisions..
if it's Printing contract between you and contractors, than you have to deduct TDS u/s 194C.
