Regarding financial statements
A husband paid LIC premiums from his Bank A/c in respect of his wife.How the amount should be specified in wife's Receipts & Payment a/c and how that amount will be added to Balance sheet, Assets side?

The amount paid by her husband will not affect the receipts & payments account or the balance sheet.
