I PAID ADVANCE TAX ON 10.3.14 FOR THE YEAR 2015-2016 . SUBMITTED ALL RECORDS TO MY AUDITOR . BUT M Y AUDITOR NOT SUBMITTED IT RETURN FOR ME . WHAT IS THE LAST DATE FOR FILING WITHOUT PENALTY . I PAID WHOLE TAX AMOUNT RS 25000/- AS ADVANCE TAX . I GOT NOTICE FROM IT TO FILE THE RETURN BY 15.09.15 ( ALSO SUNBMITTED NOTICE TO MY AUDITOR) . WHAT SHOULD I DO
You are talking about AY 2014-15. You can file now online and claim all the tax.

Advance tax paid on 10/03/2014 can be claimed only in AY 2014-15. Did you pay in march 2015?

Ok that means you have to file return for AY 2015-16 [FY 2014-15].
You have got just a reminder to file your return. It is not Notice.
Tell your CA to file return. OR find a TRP who will do the job for you. TRP i think get paid from Govt.
Otherwise take help of "Aaykar seva Kendra." They will help you to file return. But they normally call a TRP and ask them to file return.
