ours client is a pvt company incorporated in 1996 and in 2005 converted into public limited company and we applied for change of pan but we din' t selected 1 row one box and it cuased effect that company name has not changed in income tax website but we got pan on new name
But my question is we din't filed income tax returns last 10 years and to upload last two years returns
but ITsit not allowing to register in the name of public company but allowed in the name of pvt ltd
whether we file in the name of pvt ltd
pls give valuable sugession
