Please let us know from which date of eway bill will be mandatory?

From which date of eway bill will be applicable?
in some states it is applicable from earlier date like UP
but in general it is to be applicable to all over India from October month
but in general it is to be applicable to all over India from October month

e way bill second name is sugam form, also applicable in gujrat or up state
