A company status (for efilling) is showing: "Dormat", and now company wants to update their all return. Please provide us details procedure to "Active" from the status "Dormat".
1) Make an application in Form 61. Once approved the status will be "Active"
2) Then within 21 days you have to do all pending filings failing which the status will again be reverted to "Dormant".
