Regarding cpc-communication-reference-number-

Hi All,

I had received an acknowledgement for Assessment year 2012-13 which states that refund(B12-B7,if B12>B7) as Rs 8886.

But I have not received the refund yet. When I tried to check for the CPC ref number by clicking request for intimation, it says "No intimation order exists for this assessment year" 2012-13.

Hence I am not able to get any details on the tax refund.

Please advise as to how can I get the required details.
