Even sometimes we are not able to make understand a person what we want to says

The same things happen with them they too unable to make us understand something

It's our duty to be polite and patience towards them rather than opposite  basic things to deal with clients

You don't find the email id where's they sent you reply or anything else

As far as I understand, you have not submitted your ITR V within time and now when you want to file new request for processing ITR, it says no records found. if above mentioned scenario is your case, then I think since you have not submitted ITR v within time, your ITR might've been treated as non-est. so you can't process it... better file condonation petition before your jurisdictional CIT
