plz hel me.
my articleship is getting completed on 16 June, 2011. However at present there is a shortage of staff members in my office, so my boss is not allowing me to leave d office. my leaves are as per institutes notification i.e. 180 days, still my boss tells me that he won't sign my form before completeing extension of 2 months is this valid?
What legal steps i can take against such blackmail?
Plz any person knowing such matter reply me.
