  1. Check in your bank statments in which you have deposited the cheques recieved by you as stipend from him and see wther you have recieved it for all months for whic you have officially worked. If yes then make a stament showing the cheques recived by you till date with amount and dates and tell him its not required to serve any additional day also.
  2. check exactly how many days you have actually taken leave and calculate 1/6 ( of total period of days to be worked   reduced by no of days taken as leave).See whether any extension is really applicable to you or not.  If not , then give him a working and tell him youare not liable to serve an extension and no need to sign any bond or lik instrument . If he insist more ask him to give you a copy of suc regulation prevailing .
  3. If You hav completed your articleship then legally he cannot stop you.

AGREED

Ise kahate hain. . . ULTA CHOR KOTWAL KO DATAIN. . . . . . principle is responsible to give check in everymonth. . . . . . Is ur principle give u check everymonth ?? I think u should collect some evidence against him then Make a complain against ur employer for non-regular or short payment of Stipend and Non signing of form 108. . . . . .
