Hi
i came to know that the directors of a unlisted public company are disqualified due to articles of association due to some sections in the old companies act 1956.but they had wrongly declared and continued in the previous years and also still continuing.
what action can I take against them for the wrong doing in the previous act?
plz advice because the question of several
lakhs have been involved.
