What should a student do if it wishes to opt-out but does not fulfill any of the criteria mentioned by ICAI? Can the student still opt-out considering we require to tick one of the options in the self-declaration form

Regarding CA Exams Nov 2020 - Opt Out Option

Yes you can choose the option to opt out of the exam even when you aren't fulfilling any of the declared conditions. However for that you have to submit a self declaration in the provided format to avail this option.
