Regarding C From

I'm a buyer and our auditor hasn't filed the C Form and submitted to the seller and now they are asking for the C Forms, whether I can apply for the C Form for the interstate invoices in the commercial sales tax department in our place?

Whether there are any possibilities that they can issue the C Forms for the missing invoices?

Request to kindly give any of your suggestions for the above issue occured.

In my view there shouldn't be a legal barring for you to obtain the C forms. If assessments are pending, you may request the authority to assess your books and dirct LVO to issue statutory forms. This may however be a time consuming task. Cost benefit analysis may need to be done before taking a decision.

Statutory Forms ? Like whether this form is equivalent to C Form, If a company doesn't filed any C Form for the past interstate invoices?

And will it be processed by the LVO for the missed Interstate invoices ?

C form and F form can also be referred as statutory forms.
