Regarding Ashant Dhara Clearance

Sorry for going off the topic, This is regarding purchase of immovable property..

Can anyone guide whether legal/advocate expenses related to "No disturb area certificate" popularly known as "Ashant Dhara Clearance" in Gujarat should be incurred by Buyer of the property or it is the responsibility of seller of the property?

Any local broker of that area will be able to tell. it's normally 50:50%
