Regarding articleship registration letter not received from ICAI

Myself Raj Chhatrala, student of CA-IPCC. I have started my articleship after successfully submitted all relevant documents to ICAI since September 2018, yet I have not received articleship registration letter as well as I'd card from ICAI. Further in Self Service Portal, status of mine as an article assistant is seen as 'Requested' and not 'Registered'. I have sent emails to ssp helpdesk and my regional office of ICAI, but I have got no response. what should I do further?
