regarding appointment of new auditor due to resignation.
when noc is required to be given to the previous auditor before giving consent to the co. for our eligibility to be appointed as auditor or after our appointment as auditor in the AGM of the company?

better is get a resignation letter from old auditor, But the new auditor need to follow the CA Bye-laws and need to get NOC from old auditor too
