We are supplying material to limited company . we are in same state and we charge vat 5% to party. but now party Ask form Appendix B. i wish to know use of Appendix-B.Why it is required by party from us.

I have made amendment for change in address of VAT Registraion Karnataka of a firm 15 days back.
Now I want to cancel this amendment.
