How are you. I need some urgent information. Please help me.Matter is this that i was paid Panelty under section 129 for mistake in E - Way bill. For this mistake i was paid 200% Tax amount was 50000. 25000 in Igst coloumn and 25000 in Panelty coloumn. Experts can i get this this amount which is 50000 refund through Appeal. How to file Appeal regarding this. Please Help Me.
