Request your suggestino for following question.
During building construction if we received any space reservation confirmation by the parties, what kind of legal document needs to be done. I mean is we have to do the regular 11 months rental agreement or any other kind of agreement avaialbe in our laws.
Request to share you opinion and links for study reference.

If it is parking space or any other society property......... no agreement is valid or subsisting in law.
But if property or the space is as per plan approved, make registered allotment or sale deed.
