Quick Summary
If your client filed under the new tax regime last year and you submitted Form 10IE, they do not need to file it again this year if they continue with the new regime. When filing their Income Tax Return (ITR), they should select the 'continue' option. This process is handled within the ITR filing itself, eliminating the need for a separate 10IE submission.

Not mandatory.

During this year 10ie filing it shows only withdrawal,. exercise not showing

In ITR the options are give, choose "continue"

The taxpayer will not have to file 10IE again.

He can choose the option while filing ITR.

No need to file
