REGARDIN INFOTECH N LAW FOR PCC

Hi Preethi..

When u prepare for Infotech please stick on to ONE BOOK OR NOTES...dont refer too many books as it will confuse..u can refer study material although it is tough...or get notes of any coaching class from any one and start preparing...

Regarding law...it is one of the subjects which will help u to clear PCC exams (i know its not easy to believe) While preparing for law please try understand the concept and dont just mug it up...just look into as many case laws as possible...this will help u in concept and interpretation..its not mandatory to write caselaws in exam..and G.K.KAPOOR is good for law..

Auditing is another dry subject and the thing here is u have to remember things and use bit of ur common sense while writing...if u r an ARTICLE  then ur practical experience will help u a lot...I referred G.SEKAR for auditing...

Anyways dont worry...CA Exams are easiest but only preparation is a problem..

JUST MAKE SURE THT U COVER EVERYTHING ONCE AND REVISE IT ONCE...BELIEVE ME U WILL  PASS EASILY..

but g k kappor is very tough... wht about g sekhar for law also..???.. thnks for ur advise.. can you plz tell me how shall i prepare..?

I passed PE-2 in May-2007...and we didnt have stratergic management ...so no idea abt this subject...Regarding law there is one author by name JAYARAMAL...his notes are very good and simple...but u wont get his notes in book shops..u can get from his coaching class....

1.Info Tech. & Strategic Management - Padhukas

2.Law.ethics & Communication - G.K.Kapoor

3.Auditing - padhukas

Infotech is a subject involving technical concerns & we need to adjust to the subject accordingly. The institute material in this subject especially would guide u the way

& reagrding SM i am not so sure

But Law just stick on to Munish Bhandari (Best WOrd Publications) which is a bit tough but a really authoritative book in PCC law. It is best preferred by me being a CA aspirer i always prepare myself for bigger challenges.

So i want every one to be the same. Hope u will like the information provided. WIsh u all the best for your preparation as well as ur forth coming exam.

By the way i am apperaing for Nov 08 exams from Hyderabad & u???

infotech and law must be prepared from module if u want to score. and refer gk kapoor for practical problems thats it! no other books need to refer. case laws are not mandatory but if u remember and write correctly in exams u will score high.

m appearing for pcc in nov 2008 from chd

for info tech why dont you refer to the J k Shahhs classes bombay notes

they aare the best as far as my views are concerned in info tech

the impt points from study meterial is briefly and neatly explained in user frindly language

do refer it once

hey in munish bhandari notes there are no case laws

even the theory is very complicated

as we know in pcc question carry maximum 5 marks

so i advise u to stick to g.k kaoor only

it is the best book after institute module

beleive me all the rankholders suggest this book

and abouth the rest go for the books everyone has suggested

audit -- padhuka ( very tough though)

IT ( PADHUKA OR DINESH MADAAN NOTES)

SM -- no body knws about it  so study frm study material only

i want your special advise on my preparation. Sir my attempt of PCC (CA inter)is in may 2009. Sir, I cleared my cpt after clearing my +2 and have not cleared my b.com first and second year.
