what documents are required for reg u/s 12A?

whaT documents are required for grant of approval under rule 11AA?

if new trustees are to be introduce what is the procedure?

1.Application in  Form No                                  10A                                  10G

2.Copy of Trust deed or the Object clasue       \/                                       \/

3.Copy of B/S & Income Expen A/c for last 3 years                             Since last approval

4.Copy of certificate for Registration under Societies Registration Act

5.List of Trustees or Office bearers

6. A detailed note on activities of the Trust with photographs if any.

7. Copy of Acknowledgement of IT Return for last 3 years or since inception. All the documents are required to be submitted in triplicate. 

 For introduction of new trustees see the see the procedure in trust deed.

 If it is a running institution and Application is for Renewal of 80G exemption, Copy of Registration u/s 12A has to be filed.

The most impratant document is note on activities of the trust. It should clearly state the various activities being carried out by the trust with supportings like photographs, paper cutting etc. 

For getting exemption u/s 80G, it must be ensured that the objects of the trust are not religious and trust is not carrying out any religious activity if it is created after 1st April 1962
