I have filing clarification correctly.but portal replied as Rejected.
How to know cause for the Rejection???

You can track the with ARN no it is available there

Then in case your registration application has been in default such as non filing of certain information or filing of wrong information etc. that's why application is being rejected by Authority. You have to file grievance or contact to your GST Jurisdiction office
