Reg: itr hard copy sent to income tax dept

Hi My PAN Card No: DFHPS0523F and i have filled ITR on Taxsmile and ITR - 2A hard copy is sent to bangalore Income Tax Office On 20th Aug'15 and i have not received confirmation message from them but my collegues who have submitted it along with me and sent to tax office on same time - they have received sms confirmation.

Mr shrikanth - to be on safe side you should send it by speed post.

sometimes it gets misplaced if send by ordinary post.

You have 120 days time from the date of filing if return. If not reached you can send another acknowledgement by speed post & have the speed post acknowledgement with you safely.
