For reg under ipcc there is only cpt.. But now icai bring new law...that any graduate can apply for ipcc without passing cpt... But the person must have a graduation certificate from a certified univercity by govt.... No matter u are private or regular or distance learner... But must check that ur univercity iz approved by govt under univercity act... Best wish for ur future..:)
