One of my colleague purchased movie rights of one Telugu FLIM and sold movie distribution rights to overseas or abroad distributors, he didn't collected any GST on payments received from them.
Is GST exempt on overseas sale of copy rights???
please help in this regard...

it is export transaction, 0%
where I have to show that turnover in GSTR portal
As per Section 7 it's an supply of services & As per section 2(6) it's export of Services .
So If you have not filed LUT , then deposit the GST as zero rated sale (Export)

you will have to show in gstr1 in nil rated supply table
But how to show export transaction in Nil rated supply table?
