Dear Sir,
one of the my claint one of the partner of business now how I can file after September or July his individual return. kindly advice

If partnership firm is liable to tax audit u/s. 44AB; the firm and its partners can file returns by 30.09.2018.

Otherwise the partner has to file return before 31.07.2018, to avoid any penalty.
