Reg.E-sugam form under KVAT Act

Dear all

I heard that it is necessary to carry e-sugam form while transporting goods within the city if the value of goods exceeds Rs.25,000/- is it right?

Is it applicable to all type of goods or some specified like. srecanut,Glass ,Iron & Steel Etc.,

please calrify ,

if so send me the notification copy, or something reference.
