Refund reissue saying "Request Approved"

My refund failed due to the wrong bank account details on 12th Aug 2023. I corrected the bank details and nominated it for a refund. Then I raised a Refund Reissue request on 12th Aug but it is still showing as "Request Approved". It's been over a month, and the refund has not yet been processed. How many days it will take to process the refund? Should I file a complaint?
