Refund reissue requst problem

One of my friends file his tax return and during return filing he selected one of his 4 banks i.e. SBI for tax refund bank. Refund confirm by AO but failed with reason of name mismatch as per PAN and Bank Account Name. Then he nominated and EVC enabled his HDFC bank in profile section bank list. But whenever he goes under Refund reissue process then in bank selection step already nominated and evc enabled HDFC bank not appear in bank list. Due to this he is unable to raise refund reissue requst since last 1 month. What to do ?
