It has happened because you have e-verified both original and revised returns. Since IT Department saw both the returns and revised return have more refund that's why it processed only the original one. To take help for taking the remaining refund please check your inbox.

First original return processed and thereafter revised. You get refund as per processing of original return , wait for processing of revised return. Balance Refund will be credited in your account as soon as revised return processed.

Upon filing revised return original return automatically gets cancelled and revised return is processed.
but in your case it seems that original return on filing went into processing the same day and hence revised return will now NOT get processed as it is deemed to be filed after processing of original return..and revised return can be filed only before original return is processed
