I had filed my parents return for a.y. 2021 - 22
they both were eligible for refund and we could get SMS from bank of credit of refund also but still site shows that your refund is awaited...

If you have received refund, just relax. Not going to get it again!!!
Not at all. It is the case with almost everyone. You just check if you have received intimation u/s. 143(1) of the act...
Download it from the incometax-efiling site, after login.
