Refund re issue rejected & havn't even received the reason.
Pls suggest the next process.

Quick Summary
What are the reasons mentioned when they original processed the return for not processing refund.
Earlier one reason was difference in PAN name & adhar name, which is already corrected.
In other AY it the reason was Adhar is not linked with pan, but they are linked.

Raise grievance in portal or else go to dept authorities based on amount of refund.
Raise a refund resissue request again and also simulatenously file a grievance
File a grievance on e-nivaran
Please update us when you receive a response from cpc. we will be interested to know.
I have requested for refund on 20 May 2021, & yesterday the status was showing as refund request rejected.
Immediately file a grievance on e-nivaran
MAKE GRIEVANCE AT https://pgportal.gov.in, I DID SAME FOR AY 2005-2006 DEMAND. IF YOUR PROFILE DOCUMENTS ARE UPDATED, FORM 16, 26AS MATCHING.
IN MY CASE I VISITED AO TWICE SUBMITTED CHALLAN COPY OF THE TAX PAID IN JUNE 2005, THEY DID NOT MAKE ANY CORRECTION TILL NOW
AFTER I MADE A COMPLAINT AT CPGRAM ON 20/06/2021 DOCUMENTS WERE MOVED TO AO AND THEN TO Director of Income Tax Dr. Sibichen K Mathew cit.cpc.bangalore @ incometax.gov.in ON 11/08/2021
NOW SINCE 11th AUGUST 2021 NO ACTION
BUT SURE ONE DAY THERE WILL BE ACTION BUT ONE THING IS GOOD THEY NEVER RECOVER DEMAND FROM MY PAST REFUNDS, NORMALLY THEY ADJUST DEMAND UNDER SECTION 154 OR 245
