I have filed rfd 01 for claiming refund in excess ITC in cash Ledger.
After filing i got Arn number
wheather i need to submit application to my jurisdiction officer or not???

Yes... Better to submit the details with application to the Circle Office.

Acknowledgement copy
2. copy of GSTR 3b & GSTR 1
3. printout of cash ledger
