Refund process time after Intimation of u/s 143(1)

Hi There,

I got my refund Intimation u/s 143(1) on 6th of March, but till refund hasn't been processed.

While checking on TIN NSDL site it says "No records found"

Nothing under service request as well with confirms refund didn't even failed

So is it taking time to process refund this time and I need to wait? Or any action needed at my end?
