I have received mail from CPC stating that Refund is failed due to non-linking of PAN with bank a/c. Actually, it is linked. What to do?

Linking PAN with bank account means : PAN has to be updated in bank account.
Linking bank account with PAN means : Prevalidation of bank account for refund.

Yes. I have pre-validated.
Then raise a grievance with CPC after login to Income tax portal
Thanks. I will try to add one more bank a/c and also contact CPC.
