Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether you can claim a GST refund on exports when also claiming a duty drawback. Generally, if you've charged IGST on your tax invoice, you can claim the GST refund. Exports made under LUT or with IGST paid are eligible, provided you meet specific procurement compliance rules. If an error in your shipping bill regarding duty drawback leads to GST refund rejection, an appeal may be necessary.

yes if you have charged IGST on the tax invoice

Only exports will lower drawback claim are eligible for refund. Exports both LUT or IGST paid are eligible for refund subject to procedural compliances on the procurement side. In case of an error by oversight for mentioning higher DBK instead of lower DBK in shipping bill resulting in rejection of proportionate GST refund, you might have to appeal.
