Dear Sir,
You didn't mentioned that you are talking about Tamilnadu State.
If this is your first claim, you can file refund claim with duly attested copy of Import - Export licences along with copies of invoices or bills of related purchases within 180 days from date of such sale. However, CTO has right to accept/reject the refund due delay in filing based on reasons provided to him.
