Which ITR Should file if a person has no job and business his land is acquired under 194LA @ 10% .

1. In the case of compulsory acquisition of immovable property, the same will be subject to tax u/s 45(5).
2. Hence gain or loss under the above transaction will be charged under the head Capital gains.
3. As explained in the above comment the relevant ITR would be ITR-2.
Please correct me if the above solution has an alternative view.
