In what way can an person claim refund of TDS (Tax deducted at source) in respect of a Time Barred Return of income.

Return of Income for Fin. Yr. 2010-11 relevant to Assessment Year 2011-12 wherein there was a claim of refund of TDS remained to be filed before 31-03-2013. What is the remedy now? How to claim the refund?

If you had filed your itr online then you need to request for intimation u/s 143(1), by this you will come to know reconciliation between income tax and assessee. And if you filed itr offline then contact AO (income tax office)
