Dear All,
Kidly guide the procedure for getting the refund of stamp duty already paid in 2002 for execution of sale deed. But due to order of high court that deed was not finalised. Accordingly sub registrar is in the process of cancelling the sale deed.
What is the procedure to get back /refund of satmp duty in the same case?

Stamps are used. High court too had passed order Sub registrar for cancellation of sale deed one year before. Now the process with sub registrar is in pipeline
