refund of SEZ supply with IGST payment
At the time of filing gstr3b dealer forgot to mention zero rated sale (supply to SEZ Maharashtra)with payment of IGST but show as normal outward supply with IGST; but in GSTR 1 properly mention SEZ sale with IGST payment , system not allowed to file refund application. Any solution?

yes , it will say there is no sez sale in this period & not allow u to proceed further , so plz contact to Ur jurisdiction concern officer
It will allow after filling gstr-3 than you can fill refund application
