Can we claim refund of Service Tax Deducted by the Asset Management Co. from the commission paid to the Registered distributors on bussiness of Mutual Fund Marketing.

Unfortunetely No. , Because , here assumed that the tax is not been paid from your pocket, as under Business Auxiliary service one categaroy for commission to the Mutual fund Agents is being paid by the Assets manangement Company, and the company is paying for receipt of services and threshold limit of 8. lacs is not applicable in this case becuase the receipent of the services is not exempted
