if exporter has only export as sales.... whether exporter of services, which are exempt from service tax, can claim refund of service tax paid on inputs??

Dear,
Kindly go through the Notification No. 41/2012, 42/2012 and 31/2012. u can file refund and also can claim exemption provided some conditions are fulfilled as per said notifications.
