can I get refund of jobwork due to inverted rated structure .
if yes should I get refund of service which I used for jobwork.

Yes As per Notification 14/22 CT the formula for IDS refund being revised & NET ITC now includes the Input Services also.

I m not asking about refund of service but I m asking I m eligible for inverted structure refund in case of jobworker.
