Refund of ITC Occurred as Non Commercial Shipments Exported Via Courier Mode i.e through DHL FedEx

Respected Sir/Mam,

We Export some of Goods to Foreign Countries as Non Commercial Shipments (i.e  as Sample Shipment & as Personal Shipments )( Plz Note:- Not as Free Sample Shipments) (We charge for our Non Commercial Shipments)  we ship Via Courier Mode through DHL & FedEx, And have AWB and invoice as Proof of Export

We are registered firm under GST and have all Licence and IEC ,We  buy goods paying GST Tax , Now as we ship the goods as Non Commercial (Sample) Shipment, can we claim ITC on those exported goods?. Can we claim IGST Charged by DHL on Exported shipment ?.

As the shipment are non commercial shipment no Shipping bill are generated, And as Proof Of Export only Air Way Bill is provided by DHL and we have Invoice copy of shipment and AWB just this 2 documents.

In this scenario can we claim refund of accumulated ITC?, if yes then How?

Any valuable guidance and knowledge would be helpful and appreciated.
